Winning the Diversity & Inclusion Champion award is a testament to the hard work of everybody involved in turning the dial on diversity and inclusion in our industry. It’s a journey that requires commitment and we are delighted to be on it with our employees, our clients and all our stakeholders.

In a similar way to how the "cant see cant be" initiative in sport has resulted in full house attendances for ladies sporting events awards like this can be a catalyst for change

As well as the awards being competitive and offering a great chance to learn from others in the industry, it's also a great night.

It raises the visibility of what we're doing and it gives us respect in the community and recognition. Gives you an opportunity to reflect on what you're doing and an opportunity to express your interests in the wider arena.
